Many of us have a poor relationship with money at some time or another and it’s often due to circumstances beyond our control. Maybe we lost a job or we had a family emergency that took us to our financial knees. Maybe we never learned how to manage money in the first place and our bank accounts are suffering or non-existent.
Maybe you blame yourself for not doing enough or being enough to have a positive cash flow. Possibly, you blame the world or someone close to you for being the reason you live in lack. You may think that making money is hard, impossible, or something that someone else has, but not you.
If you’ve ever read any spiritual books about money, you must have read that Money is energy and if we retrained ourselves to start the energy flow TOWARDS us instead of AWAY from us we would see a significant difference in our financial world.Wouldn’t it be nice to see money show up easily and without effort?
While attracting money is a simple exercise, it’s not that easy to just change thoughts when we can’t pay a bill or don’t see an end in sight with our debt. That’s why I created this MP3 for those who REALLY want to retrain their thinking but have so much negativity in their lives when it comes to money that they can’t think that positive or affirming thought. I wanted to make it easy to start the ball rolling.
Falling in Love with Moneyprovides 150 Bold and Deliberate declarations with the Law of Attraction philosophy in mind. It’s not for the faint of heart however. These are statements designed to empower you so be ready to feel a tug if you hear an affirmation that rattles that weak link of yours. I am also including the PDF version of these affirmations so you get to read along. The more you listen to this and read it, the more you will retrain your thinking about money. The more you retrain your thinking, the more positive the results.
I once heard that we actually listen to what we hear ourselves say internally and respond to it. We process it and our lives are a reflection of what we hear from others and ourselves. I tested this out once when I recorded my own voice saying things I wanted to hear. I began to feel differently as the words penetrated my mind. I have since assigned this exercise to many of my coaching clients with much success. However, not everyone is ready to record their own voice for various reasons, with the most common being, they don’t like the sound of it.
So, I created this MP3 because like many people, life gets filled with negativity and even I need to hear positive thoughts. I recorded 300 affirmations to cover many facets of life to bring new perspectives into all areas.
I truly believe that we can change our thought process by retraining what we allow ourselves to hear and how frequently we hear it. I listened to this mp3 over and over until I felt better. I hope you enjoy it and that it makes a difference for you as well. I have also included a downloadable document that you can read along with the audio and maybe one day, you will use it as a template to make your own recording. Enjoy this free download. Do you have anyone in your life who talks about their past a lot? You know, the person who reminisces about all the good times they had and how wonderful life was ‘back then’? It’s wonderful to recapture good times and laugh at how things were. It makes for great conversation and warm moments.
But what about letting the good times roll into the present and the future? Are you keeping your best years behind you or are you creating new memories for years to come? It’s so important to keep your fun thoughts on present and future to continue the moment of a good life.
What do you have to look forward to? A vacation? A new venture? Maybe a new love? When we begin to envision our lives expanding into wonderfulness it keeps us young at heart and having a reason to be alive!
Start by taking a few moments and jotting down what it is you would like to create for yourself. Don’t judge, just write it all down. Then make a check list and begin exploring some of those things. Some call this a bucket list. It doesn’t have to be something huge. You can write down that you want to have a sleep over party with your friends (yes even adults have sleepovers!) Or join a hiking group. Think big and think small. If it inspires you and it feels like fun, then write it down. Maybe you will do them all or not but how fun will it be to try to complete your list.
Maybe you can even give it a name. For instance, many of us have heard of a vision board. What about calling this your ‘Joy Board’ filled with all the things you want to do for fun and to create memories.
Hopefully, even the thought of a joy board will have your good times roll into your NOW. Fun was not just meant for our youth or our past. Create anew everyday!

[tweetmeme]There are times when we are gung ho about a project or a life change. We enthusiastically pursue our vision and have such optimism. Sometimes as we move forward we feel we are walking in quicksand. We know we are on the right track yet we can’t seem to make headway. What could possibly be the problem?
Often when things are not going smoothly, the reason is that we still have something in our energetic basement that needs tending to. Metaphorically, you can’t build a house without a solid basement or foundation. If there is a glitch in the basement wall, no need to even move another inch until that is addressed.
In life this could look something like this: You pursue a new business venture. You’ve been in business before, you know what to do. However this time it’s seems that everything you know or have done before will not work now. Could it be that there is something in your basement that still needs attention?
Chances are that you have an unresolved situation. Maybe you need to complete a previous business relationship. Maybe you want to approach finances differently than before. Or it could be that you have worthiness and confidence issues that are blocking your success.
This applies to any area of your life where you feel stuck. Consider taking a trip into your basement, not to mull, not to linger, but to assertively address the situation and then move forward as planned.
It may only take a short time once you discover it to the time you dissolve it. You are worth this.
